TruckRadar.Ai LLC ("TruckRadar," "we," "us," or "our") operates TruckRadar.AI and TrailerRadar.AI (collectively, the "Platforms"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit either Platform. Both Platforms run on shared infrastructure and are governed by this single policy.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash). If you sign in through a third-party provider (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Apple), we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider.
We collect certain information when you visit our Platforms, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs. This data is used for security, fraud prevention, and — only with your consent — analytics.
When you type a query into our inventory search bar, that query is transmitted to our own servers only. We do not transmit your search queries to third-party advertising or analytics providers unless you have explicitly consented to analytics or marketing cookies.
