By accessing or using TruckRadar.AI or TrailerRadar.AI (collectively, the "Service"), operated by TruckRadar.Ai LLC ("TruckRadar," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
TruckRadar.Ai is an AI-powered commercial truck search engine and inventory aggregation platform. We aggregate dealer inventory from multiple sources, normalize it, and provide search, comparison, and discovery tools for Class 5–8 commercial trucks. We are a search and listing platform — we do not sell trucks directly.
You may create an account using email/password or a third-party sign-in provider (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, or others). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Dealers who list inventory on TruckRadar.Ai represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend dealer accounts that violate these requirements.
TruckRadar.Ai aggregates listing data from third-party sources including dealer websites, APIs, and data feeds. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that listing information (including price, mileage, specifications, availability, or photos) is complete, accurate, or current. Always verify details directly with the seller before making a purchase decision.
TruckRadar.Ai is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not inspect, warrant, or guarantee any vehicle listed on the platform.
The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, software, and AI-generated content, is owned by TruckRadar.Ai LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Dealer-submitted content (listings, images, descriptions) remains the property of the respective dealer. By submitting content to TruckRadar.Ai, dealers grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform.
Access to the TruckRadar.Ai API is subject to rate limits and requires authentication. API keys are confidential and may not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse, excessive load, or violation of these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKRADAR.AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruckRadar.Ai LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
Informal resolution first. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (including privacy and data claims) shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Kansas City, Kansas, or by video conference if both parties agree. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. YOU AND TRUCKRADAR.AI LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. All disputes must be brought individually.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first using the Service by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and email address.
Exception. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
